SH&E Systems Administrator

Flexible working hours - 3 days per week -  requiring a high level of critical thinking working with our SH&E team. Are you able to take charge of our SH&E database and systems? This could offer a potential career change to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).

Support a strong culture with developed systems and processes in place to manage safety, health and environment risks.

As the SH&E Administer you will monitor compliance on SH&E reporting, systems management and statistical reporting for SH&E. 25% of the role will require influencing and communication with internal stakeholders. 75% will use your interrogative skills in identifying trends, spotting inconsistencies in data and adhering to deadlines for internal and external published statistics/reports.

This is a varied role that requires:

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an ability to interrogate data
• Systems skills (navigation of multiple database) and reporting skills - developed excel skills would be advantageous
• Ability to interpret, investigate and conceptualise trends in  SH&E data
• Rigour in meeting reporting deadlines
• Solid communication and influencing skills
• High level of critical thinking and a self driven approach
• Ability to continuously improve systems and processes

Essential: Demonstrable knowledge of industrial/distribution (mining, manufacturing,FMCG, transport, dangerous goods) health and safety concepts gained from experience in these industries or highly advantageous - prior SH&E administration experience. 

Alternatively, you will have working in a master data, inventory,  or related role and can match the above criteria. This could offer a potential for a career in OH&S.
