Importante empresa contratista del sector de la Minería y Construcción, se encuentra en la búsqueda de destacados profesionales para que se integren a su equipo de trabajo.

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller de la carrera de Psicología.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años realizando labores de capacitación, inducción y desarrollo dentro de proyectos de construcción y minería.
  • Nivel intermedio en el manejo de inglés.
  • Manejo del entorno Windows y MS Office.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en provincia y bajo régimen atípico.
  • Conocimientos sobre técnicas de manejo de grupo y ejecución de dinámicas grupales.
  • Conocimientos sobre evaluación de clima laboral.
  • Conocimientos sobre herramientas didácticas para la conformación y difusión de charlas sobre Seguridad Minera.

Funciones:

  • Participar en la elaboración y dictar charlas informativas sobre temas de Seguridad y otros relacionados a la construcción y a la minería.
  • Levantar información sobre clima laboral dentro de obra.
  • Realizar dinámicas grupales de integración con el personal de la obra.
  • Brindar apoyo a las diversas actividades del área.
