Training Records Analyst
Position Summary
- This position helps support CONSOL's Safety Action Program and the operations safety training record keeping processes.
- Primary duties include maintaining and updating of employee training records via the ETSA record keeping system to ensure all requirements are current and in compliance. This will be accomplished through data entry, monthly updates of training cards and monitoring of employee certifications and training requirements. The analyst will support the safety department, the operations training and development coordinator and support management and mine supervisors as required.
Target Responsibilities
- This position will commit to working safe and supporting CONSOL's five core values of Safety, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Cost and Production.
- Work effectively with operations, training and development group and the lead training analyst.
- Maintain all Safety Action Plan reporting requirements and participate in all training with Safety Action changes and updates.
- Monitor employee certifications and training records to ensure they are current and in compliance.
- Maintain and update employee safety files on a daily basis by using the ETSA training recordkeeping system.
- Manage and submit accurate monthly safety compliance reports to meet company deadlines.
- Create queries and reports of employee data requested by the safety department, operations training and development coordinators, management and mine supervisors.
- Update safety training cards monthly and review with employees as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience with SAP-ETSA Preferred
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team
