Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's Licence (Class 3 or D), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness) Training, WHMIS Certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Concrete vibrators, Mortar and concrete mixers, Pumpcretes

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Mix, pour and spread materials, Pave and rake asphalt, Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: Dusty

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence

Other Information: Candidates who hold a Class 1 license would be an asset.
