Responsibilities
- [Company] , headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking two construction attorneys to provide general legal services for two of its operating offices.
- Responsibilities will include reviewing contract specifications, drafting and negotiating contracts (including design-build contracts, subcontracts, EPC and material contracts, etc.), training of district personnel in legal and compliance matters, preparing significant change orders and claims for additional compensation and time extensions, managing and overseeing outside counsel, and providing general business advice.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of private practice specializing in construction law, or comparable experience working in-house for a construction company.
