Business Re-Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Rethink, redesign and retool operational processes.
• Apply process improvement and reengineer methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
• Elicit, summarize and document detailed requirements related to systems and functionality.
• Perform systems testing and coordinate client acceptance testing.
• Provide coordination between multiple project teams to ensure organization wide integration of reengineering efforts.
• Gather, measure, analyze and report information to satisfy diverse needs.
• Analyze and document transaction flows and internal controls.
• Assess risk and determine action necessary.
• Construct sound, logical business improvement opportunities consistent with DiCorp’s guiding principles and present options to management.
• Facilitate training and transition support of technology solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A university degree in business or commerce or equivalent education and experience
• Professional designation in business analysis or completion of a Business Analysis Program
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Experience with Discovery Management Software  is considered an asset
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent communication, facilitation and time management skills
• The ability to build strong positive client relationships and to adapt to changing requirements
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
