Job Description:
We are currently in seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform the following duties:
- Repair and maintenance of: small engines, heavy equipment, diesel equipment, including but not limited to: trucks, tractors, and cranes.
- Perform repairs with the use of a welding machine and cutting torch.
- Perform equipment maintenance and repairs on the road, on job sites, as well as the shop.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Available to respond on road calls after hours.
Required Skills for Mechanic -Construction Equipment Job:
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as Equipment Mechanic.
- Class “A” Mechanic
- Must Have A Valid Class B CDL License And Good Driving Record.
- Must Possess Proficient Skills In The Use Of Welding And Cutting Torch Equipment.
