Empresa de Manejo de Integral de Residuos Industriales y Mineros, se encuentra en la búsqueda un profesional Psicólogo (a) Organizacional para trabajar en Los Huertos de Villa-Chorrillos.

Funciones:

  • Diseñar las estrategias de búsquedas de candidatos y realizar las actividades de convocatorias a postulantes, utilizando los canales de comunicación más efectivos y realizar las evaluaciones curriculares.
  • Entrevistar y evaluar a los candidatos preseleccionados, considerando los requerimientos del perfil del puesto (competencias genéricas y específicas de acuerdo a las competencias exigidas para el puesto.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Psicología. Universidad de Prestigio, idealmente en el Tercio o Quinto Superior.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años realizando funciones similares a las descritas en el área de Selección.
  • Conocimiento de Técnicas y aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicotécnicas, así como en entrevistas de selección y dinámicas grupales.
  • Manejo de Office (nivel de usuario) (webs de reclutamiento, sistemas de apoyo, etc.).
  • Edad de 25 a 35 años.
