Job Description

• Our Weasler business in West Bend, WI is adding a Design Drafter to their team.
• Use CAD to design, produce and revise manufacturing and customer detail drawings.  Produce forging, casting and new product drawings/models per customer request.

• Revise production drawings
• Use CAD software to revise drawings per request on EWR
• Use MRP2 software to revise Bills of Material
• Produce calculations to support dimensional changes
• 1 EWR per hour
• 98% Error Free

• Update prototype drawings to production
• Use CAD software to revise drawings per request on EWR
• Use MRP2 software to revise Bills of Material
• Produce calculations to support dimensional changes
• 1 EWR per hour
• 98% Error Free

• Process Inquiries
• Use CAD software to create customer & manufacturing drawings per request on Inquiry
• Use MRP2 software to create Bills of Material
• Produce calculations to support dimensional changes
• 1 Inquiry per 4 hours
• 98% Error Free

Required Skills

• Associate Degree in Mechanical Drafting or Equivalent Experience
• AutoCAD (current version)    
• ANSI Drafting Standards    
• 3D solid modeling
• EWR System – at Weasler Engineering    
• Familiarity with Databases – at Weasler Engineering
• MRP2 – at Weasler Engineering    
• Inquiry System – at Weasler Engineering
• ProEngineer w/FEA ability
