Job Description

  • [Company] in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Electronics Technician to join their growing engineering team and support new product development and growth and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Develop test plans from customer or industry specifications
  • PCB Design and Layout
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical circuits
  • Assemble and test prototype circuits
  • Design and build test set-ups
  • Conduct and document environmental and electrical (EMC) tests
  • Maintain internal test equipment
  • Coordinate testing at external labs
  • Write formal test reports
  • Perform failure analysis
  • Perform basic electronic troubleshooting
  • Bill of Materials Development

Required Experience

  • ASEE/ASEET 
  • Fundamental understanding of digital and analog circuit design
  • Use of tools such as oscilloscopes, function generators to troubleshoot and test circuits
  • Excellent problem solving abilities required
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Technical writing experience
