Over $300,000 Base Salary plus free housing, car short and long term incentives
Would you like to work for a mining industry leader as a site based General Manager at one of their impressive North Queensland underground operations? Do you think you have the relevant mine management experience to roll out the expansion charter for this well respected mining operation? This role is ideal for a technically astute manager with a natural flair for managing operational excellence.
You will have complete responsibility for the mines production, profitability and ultimate extraction success. If you are a hands on manager with visionary leadership qualities this could well be operation where you make a name for yourself at a senior operational level. This role will enable you to develop strategic plans to deliver efficient extraction and fiscal performance.
If you place great importance on safety and environmental performance with the ability to comply with state legislative requirements you will make a fundamental difference.
ESSENTIAL
Degree Educated - Mining related
Mine Manager Certificate
Ability to incubate a collaborative and cohesive environment
Strong leadership and management skills
