Project Manager

Position Overview:

  • Manages the development and implementation process of projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. 
  • Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. 
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. 
  • Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall project management responsibility. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with supervision, manufacturing, development, marketing, sales, and distribution.
  • Complex project and strategic planning experience. 
  • Industry experience with electromechanical components. 
  • Product knowledge of Allen Bradley MCCs and Industrial Control Products is required. 
  • The ability to work with remote work force. 
  • Good knowledge of commercial practices, communication skills, leadership, organization, scheduling and estimating experience are also important for this position 
Other Information
  • This position will be placed in Monterrey and report directly to Headquarter in US.
