Production/ Process Superintendent

We are currently expanding our capabilities and are seeking a proactive Production/ Process Superintendent to help realise the potential of our mill, based on one of the largest exploration leases in NSW . Reporting to the Manager of Metallurgy, your role will be one that is challenging and exciting, providing direction and leadership to the Mill Team to ensure the safe production of Zinc Ore concentrate.

The Role:
  • Ensure all communications from the Metallurgical Support Team are conveyed to Mill staff
  • Monitor plant performance and recognise opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all activities within the process area are conducted in line with our commitment to safety, quality and the environment
  • Effectively manage all planned shutdown and maintenance activities
You will require:
  • Previous experience as a Mill Superintendent
  • Relevant qualifications in Ore Processing
  • Strong knowledge and experience in zinc processing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
