About this job

  • We are seeking an Industrial Hygiene Project Manager to join our team Jacksonville, FL and become an integral part of our continued success story.  The position is expected to take on increasing levels of project management responsibilities based on the candidate’s demonstrated capabilities.  
  • The annual salary range for this position is $40-55k, depending upon experience. FL state asbestos and lead certifications are required. This position requires 5 years of experience conducting asbestos and lead base paint inspections, indoor air quality assessments, and industrial hygiene sampling.  
  • Experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations; and strong communication and technical writing skills is desired.  FL state asbestos and lead certifications are required. A degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related life sciences is preferred.  Some travel is required.

Duties

  • The IH Project Manager routinely performs field work and technical project management.  
  • Responsibilities include performing assessments and inspections, evaluating project data, providing technical guidance, reviewing project work for job specification and regulatory compliance, and report writing for various Industrial Hygiene and Phase I projects.
