HSEQ Manager

Position
[Company] is a growing geophysics and non-destructive testing company that is looking for an HSEQ Manager to support Senior Management develop and maintain their Integrated Management System (IMS). This will involve working primarily at our Cambridge office with frequent visits to our Wallingford office and other sites to ensure that the system remains certified, satisfies all legal and business requirements and represents best practice. Audits and investigations shall be carried out thoroughly and improvements made as appropriate. This role will both actively promote quality, safety, and health of the environment within the business and ensure participation in developing and improving the systems.

As our system is built on a work flow database you will need to be ICT literate with a strong working knowledge of databases. You should also be competent in other applications such as MS Office and MS Visio. You will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills. You should have a flexible, meticulous, accurate approach to work and be able to work with autonomy as well as within a team.

Position requirements
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and experienced in managing at least two of the core standards: ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Any involvement in other standards would be advantageous.
