Importante Empresa que conduce procesos industriales para la metalurgia y la minería, con presencia a nivel nacional, en etapa de sólido crecimiento, requiere contratar a Supervisores de Terreno para sus procesos operacionales.

Requisitos:

  • Supervisor Grado Técnico Superior o con estudios Universitarios.
  • Experimentado en manejo de personal de procesos en terreno y experiencia probada en supervisión directa de procesos industriales en turnos, con las variables que ello implica: mantenimiento general de vehículos & maquinaria semi pesada, conocimientos de prevención de riesgos.
  • Autónomo, organizado, proactivo, buen nivel comunicacional para liderar personas, habituado al trabajo dinámico y bajo presión.
  • Especial importancia se dará a la capacidad de liderar equipos de trabajo.
