Importante empresa proveedora de servicios a la minería requiere incorporar a su staff Encargado de Recursos Humanos.

Funciones:

  • Encargado de proceso de remuneraciones (Liquidaciones, licencias, permisos y vacaciones).
  • Confección de contratos y cálculo de finiquitos.
  • Mantener documentación legal exigida.
  • Responsable de comunicación RRLL en Faena.
  • Control y supervisión de métodos de control de asistencia.
  • Representación de la empresa frente a entidades fiscalizadoras.

Requisitos:

  • Titulo de enseñanzas superior: técnico o Ingeniería en el area de administración o recursos humanos.
  • Conocimientos amplios y actualizados de la normativa laboral vigente (Subcontratación - Postnatal, etc).
  • Experiencia directa o indirecta en negociaciones colectivas.
  • Dominio de software afin ( Gestper, Payroll, etc).
  • Dominio Office usuario medio (Excell, Word, otros).
