Position
• Responsible for the offshore personnel planning and the related travel and visa requirements and maintaining an up to date document administration
• Responsible for the coordination the Offshore Personnel Planning and Travel Team of 4 FTS
• Responsible for department process improvements and the development of the planning and travel team
• Responsible for the effective and efficient utilisation of offshore personnel
• Minimum 50% of time spent on the execution of planning activities at senior planner level
• Ensure that planning is balanced between the operational requirements and personal develpment plans
• Focal point for personnel suppliers (agencies) and negotiation of rates
• Focal point for the resolution of daily operational offshore personnel issues
• Responsible for the reporting of monthly department figures and KPI
• Responsible for the timely signaling of offshore personnel shortages / abundance and training requirements to meet project scheduling needs
• Point of contact for ICO personnel exchanges
• Providing feedback to Offshore Personnel Supervisor regarding offshore personnel performance in line with core company values
• Stimulate and motivate compliance with participation in Company QA/HSE standards by setting a professional example in QA/HSE and by recommending improvements of the QA/HSE system
Position requirements
The succesful candidate is flexible, accurate, stress resistant with an helicopter view as well as a hands-on planning approach. A quick thinker with the ability to appropriately handle confidential personal information as well as being sensitive to colleagues with a multicultural background.
• Degree level education in related field.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience with personnel planning.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communicative and social skills
• Experience in supervising people
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
