Our client is a multi-million dollar turnover, market leading ming a resources organisation. They truly are number one in their field and offer a culture of progression and development of their staff. You will support the operations side of the business with a dotted line to the Perth based finance function.

Job Description

Operating on an 8/6 roster, responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all financial compliance in relation to statutory reporting requirements and internal procedures and processes;
• Monthly management reporting including project tracking;
• Lead the budgeting process liaising with operations where required;
• Monitor site costs and expenditure;
• Produce and submit revenue forecasts to head office;
• Any other ad-hoc site based duties where required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be a degree qualified accountant and preferably professionally qualified also. You will have some exposure to with mining, resources or an industrial business, ideally with site experience. You will have the attitude to work autonomously and under little supervision and be comfortable working an 8/6 roster.
