IT Audit Manager

This reputable Mining Company seeks a competent IT Auditor to join them as the IT Audit Manager. This individual should have Mining experience. Will be providing the necessary Information Technology assurances to the Audit Committee of the Company on the Governance, Security, Risk Management and Internal Control of the IT environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, managing executing and reporting on the various assignments on the IT Annual Audit Plan.
• The incumbent will be responsible in ensuring the audit methodology, auditing systems, processes and resources within the Internal Audit Department are in place in terms of the Professional Practices Framework for Internal Auditors and are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Required to engage with the Chief Information Officer and the business to ensure that the objectives of the IT environment are being met.
