Specific Skills: Assess requirements of establishment, Develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased, Review quotations, Determine contract terms and conditions, Monitor progress of delivery schedules, Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems

Additional Skills: Know and use computer hardware and software

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Credit check
