Senior IM Analyst, Project Manager

Essential Functions:

Program/Project /Practice Management

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to business partner
  • Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards
  • Prepares for reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Minimizes exposure and risk on project
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Communication

  • Submits resource requests with sufficient notice to maintain project schedule
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
  • Holds regular status meetings with project team
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

  • Identify workplace safety hazards and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize them
  • Daily, set exemplary standards of ethics and stewardship of the company's resources; support company philosophies, practices and goals; function as a team player; and help to maintain good communications across Information Management and business partners

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in the field of Information Management or in a related area
  • PMP training and/or certification is a plus along with SAP knowledge
  • Project Management experience in the Construction Industry
  • Familiar with Back Office concepts, practices, and procedures that support business process from Order to Cash
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs project teams
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools is required
  • Ability to understand how to report on Project Metrics is required
  • Must be a self-starter and self-directed
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but will consider equivalent experience
