Descripción del Cargo:

Empresa minera (no Empresa Especializada), ubicada en la Región Junín, a 4300 m.s.n.m., y a 1.5 hr de Huancayo, necesita un Medico de Salud Ocupacional.

Requisitos:

  • Colegiado y habilitado.
  • 3 años o más de experiencia en un Programa de Gestión de Salud Ocupacional en Minería.
  • Maestría o Diplomado en Salud Ocupacional.

Funciones:

  • Implementar Políticas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (deberá establecer criterios de aptitud para cada puesto de trabajo).
  • Definir los puestos críticos (con mayor riesgo ocupacional) y establecer los puntos de vigilancia ocupacional.
  • Realizar Vigilancia Médica (Exámenes ocupacionales según 009 - 2005 TR y 007 -2007 TR) y Auditorias.
  • Realizar seguimiento de casos posiblemente relacionados con la actividad laboral.
  • Establecer el cronograma de capacitaciones en temas de primeros auxilios.
  • Realizar inspecciones o visitas a puestos de trabajo.
  • Deberá presentar de forma mensual la estadística de salud.
  • Otros relacionados a Salud Ocupacional.
  • Llevar el control de exámenes de ingreso, retiro y anual.
  • Otros que la empresa crea conveniente.
