Senior Pricing Analyst
Responsibilities
- Acquire cost and establish prices on SAP for all Aftermarket Parts.
- Maintain constant and open communications between Accounting, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, Warehouse (etc.), and personnel to apply appropriate pricing margins.
- Check and maintain fields associated with Pricing on SAP to assure on-going accuracy of information.
- Create Excel spreadsheets for the purpose of analytical review and reporting.
- Participate in the creation, implementation and distribution of Published Parts Price Book, along with all schedules and reviews associated with project.
- Maintain and Distribute Summary Discount Agreements - reconciling back to the current negotiated Discount Agreements by Customer. Maintain current Discount Agreement Files by Customer.
- Generate Customer Specific Excel Pricing files by Customer Discount to be distributed to Customers with these requirements.
- Monitor gross margin percentages by part number. Investigate and resolve problem margins within SAP.
- Work with Credit/Sales/Accounting/Customers to resolve invoicing (pricing/discount) discrepancies. Run various queries from SAP to generate an excel report/analysis to resolve unpaid invoice issues.
- Backup for all Pricing Analyst Functions as well as Pricing Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
- 5 to 7 years General accounting experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional presentation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills with experience spreadsheet design, macros and other advanced features
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems - SAP preferred
