I.T. Site Liaison

• Based at our Toronto, Ohio facility this IT liaison position will provide quality IT support services for the company’s IT infrastructure and its employees at both our Wentzville, Missouri Service Centre and at our Toronto, Ohio manufacturing facility. With emphasis on customer service our successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong problem solver and be able to work productively, both independently and in a collaborative team environment. There is a 25% travel requirement with this position in support of our Service Centre at Wentzville Missouri.

Specific skills and experience we are looking for include:

• A broad understanding of Microsoft client/server solutions, Windows Operating Systems, Cisco networking, and Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Competency at installing and supporting desktop computers, laptops and printers
• Competency at supporting Windows mobility devices, smart phones and Blackberries
• Experience of supporting IT technologies in shop floor, manufacturing or production environments, in addition to office areas
• Experience of supporting wireless networking technologies and wireless handheld devices
• Liaising with an IT Service Desk function for incident tracking and workflow
• Enforcing IT policies, procedures and standards, including system security
• Managing small projects and problem resolution in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to be independent in organizing frequent domestic travel with a willingness to work away from home up to 25% of the time
