Product Marketing Intern

Position Summary

• Works under the guidance, mentoring, and training of a Product manager or Product Specialist. Participates in LV Drives projects /initiatives which can have minimal prior definition, and teams with functional experts and others, to maximize resource utilization. Often works with the product management team on a job-by-job basis. Usually has little work experience and is trained in an “on-the-job” environment by teaming with a more experienced leader or manager.

Essential Functions:
Functional:

• Assists Product and Business Management team with Architecture Class Drives product management activities, including pricing analysis, on-going competitive work, product life cycle management, and preparation of migration guides.
• Coordinate with OES, CSM, Development, and Commercial teams as required.
• Acts as contact for project status and performance

• Works with others to achieve strategic and tactical objectives for the assigned projects.
• Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity, ethical conduct, commitment and performance within the work team and the business unit.
• Assist in increasing the productive capacity of the team by implementing new ideas, processes and systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4 year accredited college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with Microsoft Project a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must!
