Minimum Degree level qualifications in OH&S along with Certificate IV Training & Assessment are essential.  To compliment these you will have mining or drilling industry experience of at least 5 years, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to positively influence.  In depth experience and understanding of impacts within coal environments would be highly regarded though not essential.
