About our Client
Our client is an Australian company based just North of the city. They have an extensive history which has allowed them to become market leaders. This dominance of the market has lead to continued and rapid growth and they are now looking to take on a Contracts Specialist.

Job Description
Reporting to the Group Procurement & Contracts Manager, your role will include the following responsibilities;

• Day to day management and administration of a portfolio of assigned contracts
• Assist with the formation and maintenance of contractual agreements with preferred vendors
• Analysis and review of contractual terms and conditions to minimize risk and add value
• Develop commercial solutions to continually improve contract strategy
• Involvement with other procurement and category management activities as required

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally be tertiary qualified and demonstrate extensive experience dealing with the full contracts cycle including tenders, negotiations, evaluations, scope of work, execution and post award management including claims, variations and renegotiations. You will have successfully managed multiple goods and service contracts including high value and large volumes.
