- Aerotek is currently seeking an experienced individual for a Human Resource Manager position. The hiring company is a leading precious metals and mining exploration company located in Reno, Nevada.
- As a Human Resource Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to, working directly with managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters, supervising the staff of the HR Department, coordinating benefit program, and directing benefits administration, enrollment, and open enrollment.
- Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years’ experience working in a leadership position in a human resource in the mining and construction industry. Candidates is post-secondary diploma in human resource field are strongly encouraged to apply.
- This is a full-time opportunity. Compensation for this job is $80-$100,000 annually. This position offers benefits which include: medical, dental, optical and optional 401k.
