Descripción del Cargo:

Importante empresa de servicios a la minería requiere incorporar a profesional Psicólogo(a), para desempeñarse en oficina Iquique.

Funciones:

  • Su labor consistirá en liderar procesos de reclutamiento masivo, selección e inducción de nuevos trabajadores.
  • Realizará coordinación de exámenes preocupacionales, psicolaborales, recepción de documentos, contrataciones, pases a faenas mineras, entrega de EPP, control de desvinculaciones y optimización de procesos de trabajo.

Requisitos:

  • Título de Psicólogo(a).
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años, en reclutamiento y selección masiva (principalmente cargos operativos).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en jornada completa, en ciudad de IQUIQUE.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes dentro de la región (otras ciudades, faenas mineras, etc.).
  • Capacidad de planificación/ organización, pro actividad, dinamismo, iniciativa, apego a normas y procedimientos, responsabilidad, compromiso, rigurosidad, trabajo en equipo.
