Descripción del Cargo:

Empresa del sector minero desea incorporar a un Abogado titulado y colegiado con al menos 5 años de experiencia realizando funciones similares en compañías mineras para llenar el puesto de Abogado Minero.

Funciones:

Asesorar, litigar y absolver las demandas judiciales en instancias penales, civiles, laborales, y de procesos administrativos representando a la empresa frente a entidades estatales o personas particulares (jurídicas y naturales).
Coordinar con las autoridades correspondientes las acciones relacionados con denuncias, investigaciones u operativos relacionados a las diligencias y procedimientos legales pertinentes al caso.
Realizar el seguimiento a procesos civiles y penales de la localidad que corresponda.

Requisitos:

Proactivo.
Comprometido con los intereses de la empresa.
Con capacidad analítica y orientada al logro de objetivos.
Trabajo en oficinas de Lima.
Realiza visitas periódicas a la unidad minera.
Estudios mínimos: Postgrado
Conocimientos sólidos de derecho minero, procesos administrativos en el sector minero, medioambiente y derecho laboral.
