Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Information Management Team to assist with completing a needs assessment and developing a system to monitor and evaluate staff use of the IntraNet Portal
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly updates to the Intranet Portal
  • Coordinate quarterly newsletters and staff communication webinars
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the internal People Communication Plan
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of Change Management Communications plans
  • Implement Staff surveys and prepare relevant reports and executive summaries

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree (or educational equivalent) in communications, public relations or similar
  • Sharepoint experience would be an asset
  • 3+ years experience in a similar position
  • ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
