Tax Accountant

Position Summary:

  • Prepare federal, state and local income tax returns. Prepare tax documentation, workpapers and analysis supporting tax filings. Comply with GAAP Accounting and Reporting for income taxes. Assist tax management with research and other tax-related projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or other related field or equivalent experience required
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation or CPA candidate preferred
  • 0-6 months tax experience in a public accounting environment
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with tax processing software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
