This privately owned Western Australian company provides heavy earthmoving equipment to the Mining Industry.


Due to their continued growth they are now looking to recruit for an Assistant Accountant to work alongside their Finance Manager and join their friendly and well established team in Midland.


You will be responsible for monthly management reports, general ledger reconciliations, maintenance of fixed asset and completion of statutory returns including BAS and payroll tax. Other duties include management reports, job costing analysis and preparation of business plans and budgets.


The successful candidate will need to have a degree in Accounting & Finance and ideally studying towards CPA or CA qualification. You will also need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and have experience in the Mining or Equipment Industry. You will require strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast moving business
