HR Admin/Payroll/HR Data Cap

Payroll//HR Assis/ Employee Data Management Officer. Administers employee master data changes and maintains data for HR, bursary administration, performance management, remuneration and reward and employee data maintenance areas. Deal with all queries that have been escalated from the ES Contact and Walk In Centre

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary HR or Payroll qualification.
  • 2 – 4 years experience of working in a HR, payroll and Data Management fields.
  • Related SAP and VIP experience is preferred

Job Specification

  • Develop employee record on the system by using information from sign on pack,
  • Generate time and payroll simulation for employee, verify for errors and correct such errors,
  • Update SAP with third party benefit information by capturing feedback responses from third party benefit providers.

Contractor Sign-On

  • Verify correctness of data template to source data, correct errors and upload data on the system.

Contractor Hire

  • Upload contractor information onto the employee record on the system by using information on the sign-on pack,
  • Generate time and payroll simulation for the contractor, verify for errors and correct such errors.

Death in Service

  • Complete company insurance claim forms with Embedded HR and submit to third party company
  • Redundancy
  • Calculate redundancy values and use to compile redundancy agreement.

Employee Exit

  • Process briefing with employee by ensuring that correct processes and procedures were followed and that all relevant documentation was completed,
  • Calculate final separation values to establish leave compliment pay-out, pension pay-out, overtime, and any other funds due either to the Employee or the Organisation,
  • Capture Employee Data on SAP and verify that input is correct,
  • Generate Payroll Simulation for the employee, verify for errors and correct such errors.

Remuneration and Performance Bonus Review

(Non-Bargaining Unit) Activate employee increase on master data and identify data mismatches by running reports and audit trails and verifying data on the system
