Systems Accountant - Business Systems, Sage X3

Contract Fly-in-Fly-out position in the mining sector in a remote and safe area of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa. Single status position (not favourable for wives and families to reside there) with a six day working week.

Key Technical Skills:

• Sage X3 knowledge essential
• Experience of leading projects connected with the Sage X3 platform
• Experience in implementing Sage
• Experience with Crystal report writing
• Experience of defining interfaces from/to SAGE from other applications/databases
• Exposure to senior management on end user projects
• Experience in training users
• Accountancy knowledge

• Ambitious with a willingness to try new challenges and expand the role so as to develop the capabilities of the systems support function
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as the role will involve giving presentations to the Finance and other Departments

• Willingness to live in the DRC on a rotational basis
• French language skills an advantage

Remuneration And Benefits:

Salary up to $140,000 pa (tax free plus benefits), depending on skills and experience
