Position Summary
- All applicants must possess the necessary skills and qualifications to run a successful surface mining operation; for both salary and hourly positions.
Target Responsibilities
- The target responsibilities for applicants will be to be a safe, productive worker capable of complying with all Federal, State and Company regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires.
- Must be able to work a shift rotation.
- Must be able to work safely and effectively as a part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Must be able to lift, carry, pull/push, climb, shovel, walk, pry and work on/near moving equipment as required by job assignment.
- Must be a certified West Virginia experienced miner.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude preferred.
