About this job

  • We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Rockville, MD and become an integral part of our continued success story. This position entails the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets.   
  • The Sales Manager staffs and directs an inside sales team and establishes plans and strategies to expand our client base.  The development and training of our sales team as well as the coordination of sales team activities are key components of this position.

Duties

  • Position requirements include BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other related field; 10+ years of hands-on inside and outside sales experience; and 5+ years of experience managing an inside sales team.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, and a strong record of successful sales management and employment stability are required.   
  • Professional services sales experience is highly preferred.
