Are you our next Process Management Specialist?
- We are currently seeking a Process Management Specialist for our FishHawk, FL location. The Process Management Specialist will drive the creation of Mosaic’s conceptual and logical business processes and will partner with Mosaic’s business process stakeholders to analyze and redesign processes to improve business performance. The successful candidate will provide process modeling expertise, metric creation services, process mapping facilitation with the business, and facilitate process benchmarking.
What will you do?
- Partner with business process stakeholders to perform in-depth analysis of complex processes through interviews, team workshops and process mapping. Manage cross functional processes by use of articulating questions that reach the basic needs and requirements, resulting in actionable process design improvements leading to increased performance. Shows process stakeholders how to identify and solve process challenges through simulation of different scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques.
- Models, simulates and enhances business process diagrams using a graphic-oriented business process modeling tool. Maintains and oversees the correct, complete, and current business processes within Compass enterprise tool focusing on Mosaic business architecture (processes).
- Provide the framework and guidance on establishing process performance metrics. Facilitates external benchmarking of business process performance.
- Maintains and shares process knowledge by embracing methods, techniques, notations, standards and best practices across the organization.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA Preferred.
- 5+ years of process improvement experience.
- Strong business domain experience in the process areas being supported.
- Familiarity with balancing cross-functional business initiatives.
- In-depth experience with process redesigns methods, such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma or total quality management.
- Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes and sub-processes.
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Visio (processing mapping tool).
- Some experience with Enterprise Repository Tools.
- Some experience with process modeling tools.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, modeling, analysis and simulation tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
