Senior Cost Engineer

  • Prepares cost control plans.
  • Assists in establishing and assessing cost risk.
  • Evaluate and report cost deviations.
  • Develops detailed work breakdown structures.
  • Prepares cost monitoring curves.
  • Reports progress achieved.
  • Reports on cost outcome.
  • Participates in vendor\contractor bid reviews.
  • Assists in claims evaluation and negotiation.
  • Provide technical guidance to subordinates.
Key Requirements include:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years general experience in engineering/construction.
  • 3 - 5 years specific experience in cost control.
