This client is a global leader in mining and construction.  With established operations across Australia join their success and Queensland’s growing resources sector as a Training Co-ordinator.  This is a fantastic professional opportunity. 
 
Your primary responsibility will be the continued development and delivery of training programmes including black coal competencies, inductions and site licences.  Ongoing support and maintenance of Safety and Environmental Management Plans is integral to this role and the successful functions of the team.

Maintaining the training matrix and continuing analysis of training gaps and needs is pivotal to long-term project success. Your ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation will ensure systems are compliant with regulatory requirements.
 
Reporting to the Manager you will have experience in similar positions within the mining industry and as such have in incident investigations, root cause analysis and preventative actions and the operation of heavy mobile equipment.
 
Current training qualifications minimum Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE)  are essential along with QMS 1, 2 & 3.  Excellence in interpersonal communication with high level of professional integrity will ensure your success and growth within this highly regarded team.
 
This position offers above average packaging in return for your expertise and commitment.  Ideally located in Queensland with equal time roster this is a highly sought job.  DIDO or FIFO.
