Senior Business Analyst - Mining

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this key appointment will be focused on operational costs and involve a range of analytical and commercial activities.

Key elements of the role include:  

• Support the evaluation and execution of global business development opportunities to help ensure profitable growth  
• Reviewing, analysing, challenging & recommending business improvement
• Coordinate and facilitate the benchmarking of cost and business drivers
• Assist with the planning process by providing critical links between operations and stakeholders
• Work across multiple business functions

About You
To be successful in this challenging role, you will be CA/CPA qualified and highly regarded for your commercial acumen. The role requires an astute individual with strong analytical and excel skills.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE MINING SECTOR IS ESSENTIAL (either on a mine site or in a corporate environment). Furthermore, you will thrive in a fluid and flexible working environment. Your ability to work across the organisation and engage and influence key stakeholders will be essential.
