This high profile client is at its constructing stage for their rail expansion project. As a result they require an experienced cost controller who will be able to deliver results. You will be directly reporting to the lead cost controller. You will also be responsible to provide accurate commercial advice while participating in the Project Management on all cost matters.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Tracking and recording weekly costs to ensure expenditure is kept within budget.
· Updating and maintaining cost databases.
· Taking part in change management processes.
· Taking part in costing reviews and costing studies
· Analysing all information to be able to highlight any problem areas and to be able to explain all data presented.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:
· Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Cost Controller
· A successful track record of accurately recording, analyzing, interpreting and forecasting cost data for large projects.
· Resource industry experience will be highly regarded
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· A degree or diploma is desirable from a costing background
