Document Controller

Company responsible for the project planning and redelivery of resources based key projects require a Document Controller

The role duties and task will cover:
  • Establishing and assisting Projects document control system.
  • Managing projects document control process including assigning document number for the projects documents, document filing, storing and retrieving, managing document review process and document distribution process,
  • Liaise with project/study teams, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the document control process is effectively under control
  • Review and advise document control aspects and issues including errors, missing documents, process improvements.

Your experience and background should cover the following:
  • Applicable experience and training in recognised spreadsheet, database and word processing software packages - EXCEL, ACCESS, ADOBE, MS Office packages etc
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Working well with team to achieve deliverables, reporting and mitigation
