HR Practitioner

Leading mining company situated in the Mpumalanga Province urgently requires an HR Practitioner- Organisational Development who will be reporting to the HR Superintendent.

Successful candidate will be required to compile monthly and weekly reports, perform effective administration and reporting, psychometric and non- psychometric assessment services, organisational development policies, procedures and practices, handle talent management, implement and maintain psychological wellness programmes, implement change management.

Applicants must be willing to undergo a complete psychometric analysis as part of the interview procedure and authentication of information provided in CV's will be required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Human Resources related Hons Degree
• Registration as Psychometrist at the HPCSA
• 2 years relevant experience including Psychometric Assessment and Organisational Development
• Previous Mining Experience Advantageous
• Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act and Mining Charter knowledge
• Competency in mine HR systems
• Valid Drivers license
