Empresa relacionada con la minería se encuentra en la búsqueda de un profesional altamente calificado y con potencial para el puesto de Analista de Capacitación.

Funciones:

  • Llevar a cabo proyectos corporativos de DO, Capacitación y Comunicación. Teniendo en cuenta el control de la programación de los cursos, realizando seguimientos y planificaciones pertinentes.

Requisitos:

  • Profesionales con título de Psicólogo/a, o Ingeniero Comercial.
  • Contar con al menos tres años de experiencia en Capacitación y/o DO.
  • Se valorará a aquellos postulantes que se hayan desempeñado en algún proyecto corporativo relacionado con el área de Capacitación y DO y que hayan desempeñado labores en empresas de alta dotación.
  • Deberá tener manejo avanzado de herramientas de Office.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes ocasionales dentro del país.
  • Buscamos un profesional con alto desarrollo de habilidades sociales y de comunicación, proactividad y orientación al cliente.
