Systems Support Technician

Brannon Steel is seeking a dedicated Systems Support Technician to help ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of its IT assets.  Reporting to the IT/Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Workstation deployment, account management and support for 50+ users
• Support and troubleshooting for industrial systems
• General hardware, software and peripheral support
• Network management
• Database management
• Phone system management

As a qualified candidate, you have a post-secondary diploma in a systems support or similar discipline along with experience in a technical help desk or support role. You work well independently and have demonstrated good communication, interpersonal, prioritization and time management skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset. The successful candidate will be fully bondable.

Compensation will be offered at $35,000 to $40,000 annually paid on an hourly basis.  In addition, the following benefits are provided on a co-payment basis upon successful completion of the eligibility period:
