Human Resources Coordinator

Pyramid Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to be a part of building and development of Trades people for our projects and area offices. Our people are who we are and building our workforce is our Recruiters mission. Pyramid’s Human Resources Coordinators are actively engaged in the external labor market and target our ideal Tradesperson for our specialized Electrical & Instrumentation projects. This is a fantastic, challenging, fast paced opportunity for a dynamic, motivated individual.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and identify a customized applicant sourcing and tracking strategy to create a strong pool of qualified candidates. This includes: website postings, various job boards/networking sites, advertising, database mining, cold calling, networking, career fairs, social media and other sources
  • Assist in the development of external job postings
  • Proactively contact individuals to communicate Pyramid’s employee value proposition and culture
  • Review resumes and phone screen candidates for various trade/craft positions
  • Respond to phone and email inquires individuals seeking employment
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships with other recruitment team members and area managers

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Recruitment/Coordination position from a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong phone manner and outstanding professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills and the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills, experience with internet search, job board posting, applicant tracking systems and social media
  • Excellent employee service focus and team player
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
