Our company is a Brisbane based specialist Recruitment Consultancy operating within the "Heavy Industry sectors."

Over the past ten years we have developed strong bonds with our clients in Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Environmental and Logistics sectors finding success in the placement of white collar professionals in to both contract and permanent positions. 

We are currently looking for an experienced full life cycle Recruitment Consultant to take up the opportunity to work on an established desk and become a successful member of an already accomplished team of recruiters. The team environment is dynamic, fast paced, full of energy and transparent. We promote professional development through ongoing training and support throughout the entire recruitment process with excellent systems and procedures. 

The role will involve working across a variety of existing clients whilst also creating new business opportunities within the specific area of your specialty. To achieve this you will use excellent client relationship management skills and a proven ability to seek out and engage with key stake holders in the industry. Combined with these skills, you will have a sense of strong self motivational drive with results focused determination and a clear ability to time manage your diary. This is of particular importance as we do not work in a micro management environment but rather encourage a philosophy of responsibility and accountability. 

Combined with a competitive base salary we offer a clear and transparent bonus structure with no restriction on earnings, this is available on a monthly and quarterly basis.
