Position Summary

Lead your team of Sales professionals and Sales support to drive sales in the Southern Ontario market
Develop strong working relationships with key OEM personnel
Train and mentor the team of Territory Managers to maximize sales efforts within our trading area
Price Equipment, Attachments, and Rentals using OEM programs
Manage all aspects of CRM program for sales including quote generation
Manage Premier Rental Sales Fleet
Manage House Accounts
Monitor and Approve all Equipment demonstrations
Disseminate and distribute all market share data to Territory Managers on a monthly basis
Participate and organize promotional and Marketing events including trade shows applicable to the Southern Ontario market
In cooperation with our major suppliers, support and implement all programs as a key element of driving new business
Travel with Territory Managers on regular basis to assess sales effectiveness and drive Participation Rate
Manage all aspects of inventory in Ontario region
Manage all aspects of Sales Support functions

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience and product knowledge. Candidate must have good communication, management and computer skills. He/She will be a self starter with the ability to work within a team environment, multitasking and able to meet tight deadlines.
