Position Summary

  • Lead your team of Sales professionals and Sales support to drive sales in the Southern Ontario market
  • Develop strong working relationships with key OEM personnel
  • Train and mentor the team of Territory Managers to maximize sales efforts within our trading area
  • Price Equipment, Attachments, and Rentals using OEM programs
  • Manage all aspects of CRM program for sales including quote generation
  • Manage Premier Rental Sales Fleet
  • Manage House Accounts
  • Monitor and Approve all Equipment demonstrations
  • Disseminate and distribute all market share data to Territory Managers on a monthly basis
  • Participate and organize promotional and Marketing events including trade shows applicable to the Southern Ontario market
  • In cooperation with our major suppliers, support and implement all programs as a key element of driving new business
  • Travel with Territory Managers on regular basis to assess sales effectiveness and drive Participation Rate
  • Manage all aspects of inventory in Ontario region
  • Manage all aspects of Sales Support functions

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience and product knowledge. Candidate must have good communication, management and computer skills. He/She will be a self starter with the ability to work within a team environment, multitasking and able to meet tight deadlines.
